I spent 10 years as a Police Officer. From the outside, I looked like I had it together. But inside I was living under constant pressure — stress, PTSD, disconnection, and an identity that had slowly eroded under the weight of the job, fatherhood, and everything I was carrying in silence.
It took a heart attack to force me to face what I had been ignoring for years.
That experience didn't just change my health. It changed everything about how I live, lead, and show up as a father.
Now I help other fathers do what I had to learn the hard way — not through motivation, not through more pressure, but through the right tools, the right structure, and a clear path back to the man and father beneath the armour.
